Golden Moule or Mathilde Solanet is a Belgian illustrator living and working in Brussels.
She completed a graphic design degree at the CAD in Brussels before moving to London where she worked for 9 years as a graphic designer for several branding and packaging agencies. She discovered linocutting with her colleagues during an afterwork activity they organised and loved this new technique.
In 2021 she decided to come back to Brussels to develop and improve her illustration skills. She is now part of the Atelier Ton Piquant, a collective of seven illustrators based in Fernand Coq, a vibrant neighbourhood of Brussels.
